Monica "Nikki" Flores is a Certified ScrumMaster® and Certified CPACC technical project manager at Lullabot, where she's managed a portfolio of $10mm in projects to develop enterprise web platforms for state governments, tech companies, non-governmental organizations, and membership associations. Since 2004, she has led redesigns for the State of Iowa, New Relic, IBM, Green America, the GIST Network for the U.S. Department of State, and Changemakers for Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, and more. A Drupal user (monicadear) since 2008, she was elected to serve as board member to the global Drupal Association in 2022-2024.
